The Kidney Group’s Youngstown office is located on the north-side at 1340 Belmont Avenue, just off 422 West, 3 blocks north of St. Elizabeth Health Center.

From Cleveland area:
Take I-80 East to exit 15, stay on I-80 to I-680/Youngstown. Take exit 4A (New Castle, Rt. 422), on Rt. 422 take the Belmont Avenue exit. Turn left onto Belmont Avenue and continue 5 blocks to the corner of Belmont Avenue and Oxford Street make a left onto Oxford Street. The office is on the right.

From Akron/Canton area:
Take I-76 East to I-80 East continue on I-80 to I-680/Youngstown. Take exit 4A (New Castle, Rt. 422) on Rt. 422 take the Belmont Avenue exit. Turn left onto Belmont Avenue and continue 5 blocks to the corner of Belmont Avenue and Oxford Street. Make a left onto Oxford Street, the office is on the right.

From Warren area:
Take Rt. 11 South to I-80 East to Route 193/Belmont Avenue exit. Turn right onto East Liberty Street then turn right onto Belmont Avenue, continue 2.5 miles to the corner of Belmont Avenue and Oxford Street. Make a right onto Oxford Street, the office is on the right.

From Sharon/Greenville area:
Take I-80 West to Route 193/Belmont Avenue exit. Turn left onto Belmont Avenue and continue 2.8 miles to corner of Belmont Avenue and Oxford Street. Make a right onto Oxford Street, the office is on the right.

From New Castle area:
Follow Rt.422 West to Youngstown and follow signs to Fifth Avenue/Belmont Avenue exit. Bear right onto the exit ramp and continue west 2 blocks to Belmont Avenue. Turn right onto Belmont Avenue and continue 5 blocks to the corner of Belmont Avenue and Oxford Street. Make a left onto Oxford Street, the office is on the right.

From Pittsburgh area:
Follow I-76 West to Exit 16A, Youngstown. Take I-680 North to Routes 62 & 7/ Hubbard exit. Continue to the Rt. 422 West/Warren exit then take the Fifth Avenue/Belmont Avenue exit. Continue west 2 blocks to Belmont Avenue. Make a right onto Belmont Avenue and continue 5 blocks to the corner of Belmont Avenue and Oxford Street. Make a left onto Oxford Street, the office is on the right.

From North Lima area:
Take I-680 North to Routes 62 & 7/Hubbard exit. Continue to the Rt. 422 West/Warren exit, and then take Fifth Avenue/Belmont Avenue exit. Continue west 2 blocks to Belmont Avenue.
