The Kidney Group’s Warren office is located at 1700 East Market Street, 2 blocks east of Trumbull Memorial Hospital.  The office is in the Ken-Mar professional building, between Kenilworth Avenue and Woodbine Avenue.

From Vienna area:
Follow SR-82 West, merge left onto East Market Street. Continue west on East Market Street to the 1700 block. The office is on the left.

From Niles area:
Take US-422 West (Youngstown-Warren Road), turn right onto North Road and then make a left onto East Market Street, continue west to the 1700 block. The office is on the left.

From Lordstown area:
Take SR-45 (Tod Avenue), turn right onto US-422 (West Market Street) and continue east on US-422. Make a left onto Elm Street, turn right onto East Market Street and continue to the 1700 block. The office is on the right.

From Newton Falls area:
Take SR-5 East to the US-422/West Market Street exit, continue on West Market Street past the intersection of RT-45 turn left at traffic light to continue on Market Street. West Market Street turns into East Market Street, the office is on the right, two blocks after Trumball Memorial Hospital.

From Champion area:
Take SR-45 South (Mahoning Avenue), turn left onto West Market Street. Continue to East Market Street to the 1700 block. The office is on the right.

From Cortland area:
Follow SR-46 South to Howland Corners, make a right onto East Market Street. Continue west on East Market Street to the 1700 block. The office is on the left.
