From Route 11 (Canfield) 

Exit on US 224 east. Turn right on Tippecanoe (Goldstein’s furniture outlet on your right). Turn right on Stutz Drive. Associates in Nephrology office is on left, next to CDC Canfield (We share the same parking lot.)

From Route 7 (Boardman)

Turn left on US 224 (west) toward Canfield. Turn left on Tippecanoe (Goldstein’s furniture outlet on your right). Turn right on Stutz Drive. Associates in Nephrology office is on left, next to CDC Canfield (We share the same parking lot.)

From I-680 (Youngstown)

Exit US 224 toward Canfield. Go past Boardman Plaza and Southern Park Mall. Turn left on Tippecanoe (Goldstein’s furniture outlet on your right). Turn right on Stutz Drive. Associates in Nephrology office is on left, next to CDC Canfield (We share the same parking lot.)
